HOMAGE TO MONDRIAN – The talent of two great figures of the last century merges to create a modern, abstract and concrete project at the same time. Cappellini re-proposes the magic of Shiro Kuramata’s work in a new series of containers inspired by the abstractionism of the Dutch painter Piet Mondrian. Offered in two versions, the containers are made of lacquered wood and are mounted on wheels; inside compartments and drawers to collect and keep dreams and memories.
